Walking on lead.
Hi all
Well Bella is 13 weeks now and is house trained and loves her crate. Finally got her to walk on the lead with only one issue, she pulls like a bull in a china shop, to the point she almost suffocates herslef!
Any tips to stop this behaviour?

Re: Walking on lead.
The easiest (and most boring) way is, every time she pulls ahead, say "heal" (or whatever words you want to use!) and immediately turn & head back the other way. Repeat this every time she pulls ahead. After a while she'll get a bit confused & start to watch you to see which way you're going. That's when you use loads of praise & your 'trigger' word.
As I said, boring as hell, everyone you walk past will think you're nuts and it'll take ages to get anywhere, but it works in the end!
