Missy Misbehaving!
Missy and Henry are kept together in the hall and have free run of the kitchen, they have their beds and toys and water. I've noticed recently Missy has started chewing, shes had a couple of shoes =( and the post that comes through the door! i'm waiting on a certificate and i cant be in all the time! i know its Missy, cos we've never had the trouble with Henry and we've left her alone.
Apart from emptying my hall, is there anything i can do?
Also she eats poo!! if they do anything in the garden it gets cleaned up, my oh caught her trying to eat Henry's poo as he was doing it! i cant understand it! Its gross, but i'm worried about her. x

Re: Missy Misbehaving!
I've never heard of this starting with an older dog but the advice I was given when my puppy ate her own poo was to add some fish to her food and it would put her off - I done that for a while and she is no longer interested in it. Sorry I've no advice on it happening with an older dog and when it isnt only her own poo she is trying to eat - but I'm sure you'll get the help and advice you need from someone on here soon

Re: Missy Misbehaving!
I wouldn't be worried about the poo eating, lots of dogs on here do it! Cow/goose/horse/there own luckily mine doesn't so all I would say is try and discourage it everytime you catch her doing it.
As for the post, can you get a cage for the letters so she isn't there first! Not much help to sort out the problem but its an idea and will stop getting things shredded

Re: Missy Misbehaving!
I can only say sth about eating and probably it won't be very helpful... Mambo does that and we can't really stop him. the only thing we can do about it is to be careful and not let him closer to anything smelly...
