A discussion on another board I'm on turned into the 2011 Egg Challenge. Give your dog a whole, raw egg and videotape what happens. Gummi got his first ever whole egg outside this morning.

Pretty cool. Thor's video would be much shorter, probably about ten seconds, and would show something like this: Thor runs up and crunches the egg immediately and licks up the egg and some of the broken shell. Dad is then cleaning in up the dog and then the mess.

LOL......quite an interesting eggsperiment Laughing (experiment) Might have to see what young Roxy would do. She has a raw egg cracked onto her dinner every Sunday, so might have to see what she does if she's served up a whole egg

I was surprised how gentle he was with the egg, he was so cute trying to chew it very gently. Haha..

How sad that i already had this video! it's from quite a while ago now but hey, oh and excuse the box that harv decided to destroy all over the garden! He finished it all and ate the shell in the end but my camera died.

OMG OMG OMG

Just gave Sophie her first ever egg. We took her into the garden and for about 45 seconds she played with it, mouthing it and pawing it.

Then she suddenly took off at about 90 miles an hour with said egg in her mouth, went tearing into the lounge and broke egg in the middle of the lounge carpet Laughing Laughing Laughing

Well, gave RoXy her egg WHOLE today. She picked it up and "CRUNCH" as soon as she tasted the treasure inside that was it, chomp chomp chomp she licked up all that goo and discarded the shell.

Harvey loves the shell but he licks all the egg out and put the shell to one side to eat once he's done, but he does it so delicately it's comical Rolling Eyes

It's on the menu for tomorrow morning's brekkie,
Estimate - Izzy's will last 3 seconds, Kita's will last 10-15 seconds. I'll make sure the camera is ready to catch it as I doubt my eyes will be quick enough Big Grin
