Really Hardwearing toy recommendations please!
Hello
Winnie (8months) is merrily chewing her way through all her toys which are supposed to be for agressive chewers! I just bought her a nylabone chew with nodules all over it for her teeth which was quite expensive and within a week she has turned it into a chewed up blob! We bought her a Kong frisbee and she ruined that together with those hard, ropey toys. Can anyone recommend a few makes or websites where I might get some toys that might actually last a bit longer than a few weeks. She absolutely adores frisbees.

I really like the Kongs that let you add a filling. I make a vegetable mush add place it in the freezer. It seems to help with teehing and keep them occupied fr awhile. Still haven't found a long lasting toy though

I definitely recommend a kong and filling it with treats or some sort of filling. There is also the 'boomer ball' which gets recommended alot of here.

Victoria Stillwell recommends filling a kong with peanut butter and freezing it. Apparently they love it, it keeps them occupied, and because it's frozen, it's less likely to be chewed.

black kongs, black kong balls and those tire toys made from old car tyres are the only things which have ever lasted!

Re: Really Hardwearing toy recommendations please!
Winston is teething and I freeze a kong stuffed with cooked vegies... meat.. pasta .. anything I have in the fridge... I put peanut butter on each end... he absolutely loves it, and spends ages rolling around on his back, holding it in his paws, deperately trying to get every skerrick of food out. Keeps him occupied for ages !!
