Staffy 4 month old puppy change in morning behaviour

Hi everybody

Hope your all keeping well,

Nala my 4 month old staffy puppy sleeps in her crate every night with no issue at all , then early in the morning at around 6ish , I get up with her , give her a cuddle them she goes for a wee & a poo , then has some breakfast , this gas been the case for quite some time , very happy friendly little soul

Recently her morning behaviour has changed & I don't know wether to be concerned , hence my list here

Now in the morning when I open her crate, she starts she shiver after rolling on her back , she them proceeds to come out of her crate , rolls on her back & then any form of affection the she does a happy wee , after this she goes back to normal with big cuddles & being very happy

Is this something to worry about as I read somewhere it's submissive behaviour & also it could be a sign of a health issue ???
