Several canine members, same menu ?
Just wondering for those who have/have had several canine members in the same household at the same time, do/did they have the same menus or tailor made ?
Is it correct to feed the same kibble to both or should I feed different kibble to suit each ?
I suppose most people give the same for convenience

I would say, unless they have special dietary needs most people would feed the same otherwise they would probably try & eat each others food! Are your girls ok?

Well, yes, sort of.
I’ve found a new brand of holistic kibble which I want to try for Nifty, she who has a very fragile transit and chicken/egg intolerance.
But then I wonder if Opium isn’t missing out if I feed her this kibble too.
I mean am I forcing her to be vegetarian* when she likes her steak ?
* disclaimer, the kibble is NOT vegetarian, this is purely an example

Yes I see what you mean. My friend with the Setters, the older one had to have her diet changed & the 5 month old one is given the same now as she didn't want to buy 2 types of food. The pup has now decided that her big sisters poo is good to eat straight from the source & Katy's is fair game too If it's only chicken & egg missing I'm sure Opium won't mind the change of diet
