Hello!!!
Hi,
I stumbled over this forum while showing my eldest daughter photos on how normal it was for our Miss Peanut to sleep like she does.
Ie all legs up lol.
Miss Peanut is our 1st staffie, and since we have 3 baby cats ( 12yo, and 5yo brother and sister) we, in our wisdom got a puppy.
OMG!!!!
PUPPY!!!
Super cute but worse then a toddler.
She has been vaccinated, puppy schooled, been to the vet for grass seeds up her nose and back 2 weeks later because of her breathing and my panicked "oh my lord shes choking" no... its normal.
She isnt spoilt, shes just overly loved.... biting, peeing, pooping, digging, snoring, and telling me off because i wont let her do something ( like play in the bin, play with the cats... holding the tail in her month while staring at her, run thru the house with shoes clothes or soft toys of the youngest...
Its a bundle of fun.
Miss Peanut was born on the 18th or july this year, so another 2 or 12 years of puppy hood to go..
Just wish us luck lol

Re: Hello!!!
Hi Jenc and katy, thank you for your welcome.
Peanut is only my second pup ever, my 1st was a Doberman x board collie and he was a sweetheart. I also worked a lot at the time so my father took over the pup training. Miss Peanut falls all to me hahah.
The kids ( 22yo, 18yo and miss 8 ) all follow up with sit, stay, drop, high 5. Working on crawl, come( only when she wants too) heel and down.
Im finding its a lot of when she wants too, even with treats. Although we are looking into obedience classes, they dont start until feb if we do get a place. Its very 1st in best dressed.
Katy looks very content.

Re: Hello!!!
Thank you Mistys mum, we like her very much and think she is just beautiful.... even though i had to yank my fancy shoe out of her mouth this evening. Lucky its just cosmetic damage.
She is such a terror. But wouldnt trade her in for the world.... just havd to breathe through it hahah.
Misty has a lovely smile. How do you go with her white spot on her nose? Does she beed sunscreen?
We were thinking miss Peanut will need sunscreen, hat and sun glasses for summer. Its going to be a very hot one.

Hi & welcome!
What a beauty she is. Doesn't matter how many pups we've had, it always comes as a shock when the newest arrives!

Re: Hello!!!
Hello Niffy Staffy, Archie and Jess, and Gillybrent.
Thanj you all for your warm welcome.
Shock doesnt really described it, more like a full blown culture shift lol.
Our baby cats still arent talking to us because of it, and Peanut has a few swipes at her ears and nose. All she wants to do is play.
