Ticks are a problem in my part of the world so we use collars during the busy season (spring to end of autumn) and then have the possibility of using combined worm/flea/tick oral treatment if needed over winter

Yes good link Crystal they are rife here too atm so yes flea and tick treatments and lots of checking after walks Big Grin

I never took mia in woods as such but i know how bad ticks can be for them as well as us Big Grin

Eww nasty my neighbours elderly staffy got one i told her to cover it in vaseline she then took the dog to the vet and got it off
