Ouch that looks sore. I haven't seen that before. I'd definitely recommend a vets visit. Do let us know how you get on.

It looks like dried patch to me my boy has one on his elbow maybe from lying in same position but yes a vets visit would be an idea. the vet gave me hibiscrub to rub on vins as was bacterial its done the trick. Let us know how it goes

Looks like a callous. If it's sore for her, it may have an infection underneath which will have to be sorted by a vet.
