Breeders miniature bull terrier

Hello! I have been seeing different litters of different caregivers to buy me a Bull Terrier in miniature. I have found many, but I wanted to ask about them. Because it is a very important decision and I would like to have an opinion. And if you do not know her, if you could tell me one.

I'm not sure anyone here is qualified to advise you on Miniature Bull Terriers! 

However, looking at their site, j would be concerned about two things... 

1. Many of their bitches are PLL carriers (I didn't check their males) - okay as long as they are bred to PL clear studs, but not otherwise.

2. They say that a PLL carrier stud is as good as a clear stud. I disagree.
