Collar suggestions?
Hi everyone,
Ryker seems to be uber sensitive to collars and is losing hair where the collar sits around his neck.
I take my dogs to work with me every day so he really needs to wear his collar and or harness the whole time.
Note: the harness does the same thing, he's also losing hair on his belly and the armpit area. The vet said he seems to be really sensitive and to fix the problem he shouldn't wear them or to find a different collar and or harness that doesn't do that...
Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas? I hate the idea of my dog being out in public with no identification on. He doesn't wear one when we are at home but that doesn't help when he's at work with me.

Re: Collar suggestions?
Have you tried a really soft fabric? How about something like this:
fleece collar
For extended periods I'd probably try to go with a collar. If Ryker is sensitive all over his body, a collar would at least minimise the area of contact.

I've never heard of a fleece collar. Thank you! That's a wonderful idea.
