dry food question
can I ask anyone who feeds dry food, and if there is a choice of flavours in your chosen brand, do you stick with the same flavour all the time or do you vary it and feed different flavours from time to time or switch often, just interested in hearing what others do. I know not to switch between different brands cause it can cause stomach upset. but not sure about different flavours in the same brand...thanks:)

Re: dry food question
I would always feed raw, so can't help you. I'm sure someone will be along soon to help.

Re: dry food question
Until recently, I was finishing puppy food which is often only available in one flavour (often chicken based).
Now she’s on adult food, I guess I could vary flavours to give her a change but to be honest, I prefer to vary the “additionals” for variety.
Sometimes add egg, a bit of cooked chicken, sardines, etc

Re: dry food question
ok thanks yep will be offering eggs and fish as extras, just wasn't sure if they could have different flavours of the same brand, or if it would upset there stomach, I will when I finally get her (times going way to slow) keep her on the one flavour for a while anyways so I know if the brand agrees with her. and take it from there ...thanks again

Re: dry food question
I use Wainwrights for Katy, they have 4 flavours so I buy 2 at a time & alternate them with added goodies

Re: dry food question
I always fed the salmon wainwrights because its the only one they do in LITE that also helps joints etc. Dunno if it worked or not, cause eventually wee old Lexi could only tolerate chicken and rice.

You can offer a whole egg (shell on) three or four times a week if you want - just be careful of her weight, though!
