is it normal???
Missy is bleeding out of her lady bits, all her stitches are fine. Her belly is a bit swollen but other than that she is fine x

Re: is it normal???
This happened to a friend of mine with her Female .. she was told that the lining tissue of the remaining vagina can swell and bleed in response to the hormones, simulating a heat cycle .. She was told to go back to the vet to have her double checked to ensure that it wasnt because the ovaries where not removed properly and there was not a vaginal or bladder infection.

Not experienced this with either of my 2. If I was you I would take her to the vets tomorrow. After care should be free at least until the final check and its better to have it checked than leave it. Xx hopefully nothing but best to be sure Xx

Re: is it normal???
Nothing like that with Roxy, so i'm not much help.
As above, I would take her back to the vets for a check, or even give them a call and ask if it is quite normal.
Fingers crossed everything is fine.

Re: is it normal???
Hi every one, thanks for your advice and concern, i called the vet this morning and she advised i bring missy in. But all is fine, Missy is okay and healing very well.
The bleeding was most likely down to her internal stitches the vet said =D
Sorry it took so long to post =( been at the farm on a class visit with my little man =D xx
