I agree with your hubby Emma, easy to say though.
Remember, you have loads of friends in that park that know you and Misty well and they all know she isn't an aggressive dog so hold your head high and try and put that moron to the back of your mind... he's not worth it.

theres a lot of people shouldnt have dogs emma try putting it to the side and focus on mistys good points of which she has many keep at it hen

I think the response in a situation like that next time someone says 'not very friendly, is it?' is 'you mean yours? no, you're right, it's not'. It pees me off no end that a terrier can be as snappy as you like and that's alright, but stick 'Staffordshire bull' in front of its name and the rules for exactly the same behaviour change completely. So next time that the other dog is the instigator, stand up and say so!

Sorry this happened to you, it's awful and he was an a$$hole ! I hope it doesn't put you off, as you said you both have many good friends in the park & they all know how friendly & fun Misty is. Easy to say I know but don't let one tool ruin it all for you. xx
