cod liver oil tabs

Was thinking about giving bella some cod liver oil tabs what amount would people recommend on a daily/ weekly basis And do people think it's good or bad for them I have read a few things saying you shouldn't give it them

hi, I was giving max cod liver oil tabs from holland n barret so human grade three times a week but it made him very loose when it came to toilet time, went to twice a week and he seamed a lot better just go careful how much you give bella

I would agree with Channi, don't give too much as it could make stools very loose but I can't see that it would do any harm.
