cod liver oil?
Hi..we welcomed a 7 week old pup into our home on saturday. We have been told cod liver oil is great for her coat is this true? and what type..is there a special type for pups? how would we give it to her?
also she is due a worming in a weeks time any infomation on what to use etc?

Hi and welcome to the forum from Rocky and me.
With regard to worming tablets go with the instruction leaflet provided with them. If you are not sure what to do go and see your local vet.
We use Drontal Plus for Rocky and it says to give one tablet per 10 kilos in weight.

so would giving a 7 week old pup a sardine every once in a while be ok instead of supplements?

I agree with Steve - I've been giving Gabbi Omega 3 capsules (one-a-day) for the last month and she shines like a sparkly princess...
