Second heat cycle

My dog has come into season again 3 months after first cycle and only 9 months old. Can this be normal.

It is not UNCOMMON so to speak. Every dog will vary on their cycles.

it's fairly common. it sometimes takes two or three seasons to set a regular pattern.

the vet will probably advise neutering, they often do anyway.

not always the answer though, and to my mind she's too young at the moment.
