Hi all

We picked up our lil Bear cub yesterday (7 weeks old) and already I'm exhausted! But he is so cute I can't stay mad at him for long. As a first time dog owner, I know I've got a lot of learning to do, so be prepared for lots of questions!

Bear looks a real sweetie!

There's loads of information on here, especially in the puppy chat area, but do ask any questions you've got and we'll always try to help you. Just one thing, whatever he does, however frustrating, don't get cross as he will never be doing anything 'naughty' deliberately and telling a dog off will often make matters worse. Praise what's good, ignore mishaps but learn from them and set Bear up to do it better next time.
