Re: Dry skin
Could be several reasons, but my first thought would be to get some cocnut oil - add a quarter of a teaspoon a day to his food, and massage a small amount into his skin two or three times a week.
can i ask what colour your dog is & what food you give him?

just a thought. some dogs are poultry intolerant, so try cutting out the chicken for a while, and introducing cocnut oil.
let us know if it helps?
