Uncontrolled peeing

So last night my 5 month old puppy started peeing while playing with the other dog, I just assumed it was from excitement. Then he did it once more on the pavers.
He seems happy and fine, plays like normal. He is fully house trained and only pees on the grass so peeing on the pavers is not normal. He did it twice more that night and went to pee on the grass around 3 times in about 15 minutes. He was also scooting his but across the pavers too, not sure if this is connected.
Could it be a UTI?
My partner is with him today and says he is fine and normal.
Should I take him to the vets anyway?
Has anyone had the same issue?

It could be a UTI, and if it is you'll probably need some meds to clear it.

however, it could also be a chill, in which case it'll clear up on its own. if he's his normal self & doesn't seem down or listless i'd personally wait a day or so to see if it clears on its own. if it doesn't, then a trip to the vet would be best.
