I think he has most dogs on there! Even German shepherds! They are police dogs so he is saying they need to be muzzled?! The guy obviously doesn't like these dogs and has just gone for the most obvious ones and cliched breeds he can think of. I wonder if it is actual law in Ireland that all these dogs must be muzzled?

if you read the poster you'll see that assistance/police/forces dogs are exempt.

this isn't a new thing, it's been Irish law for years, but not really enforced. it's just this councillor has a bee in his bonnet about certain breeds of dogs.
