Feeding
Hi everybody
Just wondering how much people feed the four legged friends
max and i do a 2/3 mile walk every day plus 5 mile a day at weekends 20 mins play time in the back garden he's 12 months old and eats 1 1/2 cups dry food in the morning and the same for tea time on the odd time maybe another half cup, last time weight of 18 and a bit kg and stands 17" tall and thick set so just wondering how much every body feeds

Hi Channi,
It all really depends on how much exercise your dog gets and how his body takes to the food.
Sounds like he gets a fair amount of exercise, so I'd expect him to eat more than most people's dogs would.
I don't really follow feeding guidelines, I just feed accordingly to how Zeus looks. E.g in Summer, I feed him more because he has 2 park runs with me, in Winter, a little less. If I see him putting on weight, I'll lower it down a bit and vice versa.
