Heya guys quick question how much should a 1 year old staffy weigh as cody weighs 14.75 kg is that a good weight x

It certainly isn't too heavy. Does Cody look fit ie does he have a waist and can you feel the ribs ? You won't necessarily need to be seeing them just able to feel them.

Don't you hate it when someone says 'it depends'? Staffies can vary quite a bit in build so their ideal weight can vary as well. I think the breed standard is for a weight between 12kg-17kg or something like that.
Rather than looking at weight, I go on body condition. You want to be able to feel ribs without seeing them. You will probably see them a bit when they move sometimes, but generally they should be just covered.

Can you post a pic? I only really weigh Bug to find out which wormer she needs, I just adjust her food is she's looking thin/podgy!

Cody looks just fine to me Kia. I can't see any ribs showing in those pics so I wouldn't worry too much

Aww good got a lil worried as noticed his food had alot of brown rice init which i know can cause weight loss xx

i go by loooks really all depends but cody looks in good cocondition not overweight if he has a waist and is slim i don't see a problem
