Blue staff
As the topic says - Based in Darlington, North east england
don't want to travel too far for obvious reasons!
Looking for a little buddy for my Charlie, I presume this would be the best place to start rather than looking on Facebook haha!

Re: Blue staff
Do you want a puppy or an adult?
I can't help in the search, but just wonder if you know the problems with blue staffs.

Re: Blue staff
Hi ya Mic, the issue with Blues that lexii refers to is to do with the parents. If two Blues produce a Blue puppy then it can have a lot of issues medically but most specifically with skin disorders and alopecia.
Always ensure you meet both parents so that you can see they are healthy and that at least one isn't a Blue

Re: Blue staff
Ahhh right ok, so im better off looking for an experienced breeder, rather than someone of facebook on a council estate kinda jobby!
Tbf, I think i would fall in love with any staffy, lovely breed, the 'stance' is just brilliant!

Re: Blue staff
Keep well away from any back yard breeder, you simply won't know what you're getting.
Start with somewhere like champdogs.co.uk
It is so easy to fall in love with them and utterly heartbreaking if they fall ill so young so do make sure you do your homework first

Re: Blue staff
As Ian says, the majority of blues are bred by blues for blues. We have had soooooo many "whats wrong with my blue staff" posts over the years, esp a few years ago when they got really popular.
There are some okay bred ones, but only from breeders who have bred good dogs and ended up with a blue (and REALLY good ones won't charge an extra £500 for it!!!)
