Frozen carrots as treats?

So she now loves frozen veg as treats!

I understand that with carrots (perhaps others??) they can eat them raw but won't be able to get the goodness from them, but if cooked it breaks down the cellulose and they can get the goodness.

What about frozen carrots - do these need to be cooked too, or are they good as they are?

How about if i chop up raw carrots, cook them for say 15 mins, then after they cool down stick them in the freezer - would this work?

Does anyone know?!

normally any frozen food is par boiled first as it helps seal it and stops it turning to mush, a dogs stomach acid is stronger than humans and would have no trouble braking down the frozen carrot so no problem extracting any nutrients from it

We've always steamed ours before freezing or just feed it raw
