Puppy food in jelly vs adult meat in gravy
My puppy isn't very keen on the puppy meat in jelly, but she loves the adult meat in gravy.
Does it matter if I feed her the gravy 1? She's 8 weeks old

I wouldn`t, no. Puppy food has a ton of nutrients vital to your pups health. Without it, the pup could suffer down the road. It's best to give your pup puppy food. It has everything your Pup needs, for growing up strong and healthy etc.

All part of the fun Stacy Have you tried her on dry food, with a little warm water added to make a gravy ?
Or if you just do a google search you will find things like this...
http://www.petsathome.com/shop/en/pets/meat-chunks-in-gravy-with-chicken-puppy-food-400g Don`t know how good/bad it is though.
EDIT: Looking at the ingredients Stacy i wouldn`t bother with that particular one. There will be better ones out there, just need to search for them, or ask your vet for advice.
My pup is currently being fed Jolley`s dry puppy food, and i have seen her and her siblings wolfing it down, they love it, again, just with some cooled down kettle water to soften it, and make a bit of gravy.
Double Edit, we don`t pick our pup up till the 9th of july but i watched them all scoffing when i last visited yesterday.

Do stick with puppy food, and also look into the quality of the food you're giving. It sounds like you're giving tinned food which can be an expensive way of feeding not great quality. I feed raw so am not well placed to advise on commercial food. There's lots of information here that might be helpful:

When I first had Marley I used dry puppy food but I added warm water to it to make it softer maybe you could try that instead

Re: Puppy food in jelly vs adult meat in gravy
I use wainwrights' dry puppy food and their pouches they are not in jelly it is more like a gravy Buddy isn't a great eater will only have a couple of mouthfuls and runs off to play something we are trying to sort , so I alternate wet and dry at feed times to keep him interested - he loves the wet .. might be worth a try

Imo but pedigree puppy isnt the best nutritionally , it offers no nutrients to your dog.

Re: Puppy food in jelly vs adult meat in gravy
Part of the reason that dogs like tins with jelly like this is they usually have a high sugar content. It's then made of what I call floor sweepings, really the lowest of low quality ingredients, minimal meat and what there is in the way of 'chicken' is more likely to be feet and innards, not what you'd think of as chicken. Also, don't forget that tinned food contains a lot of water, so you're really paying for stuff that will fill your dog up but isn't nutritionally good.

Wainwrights is a good choice (from pets at home), as is James Wellbeloved. I feed nature diet, personally.
