Which one would be better for mia ? Or is it something to avpid

I normally stay away from Salmon, mainly because some say you should only give a certain type of salmon over another and that it could potentially have too much mercury/harmful bacteria in it, so I'm always unsure.
I do however give Zeus, tuna/mackarel/sardines, always in sunflower oil or water - twice a week.
Works wonders for his coat.
