Think I might be on par with you there Crystal...its my biggest hate and it happens right on my doorstep and theres nothing I can do about it. RSPCA arnt interested because they have shelter and warmth 
The woman who does it has a dog of her own...how she can have love that dog and breed the rest I don't know! and your gonna love this part....shes on one of them 'breeders in your area' website as a REGISTERED cockapoo breeder!!!!!! for £600 a go!

It should be made illegal. Only licenced breeders which are regulated should be allowed to breed.
