Staffies are softer than you think advert

Came out from our vets lunctime and there is a bus shelter opposite. It had the picture of a knitted staffie on a full sized advertising board. Thank goodness for such a positive approach.

So many staffies waiting for homes, its so sad, but on a positive note its good to see the advert.

Is the same shelter that put about 1500 staffys down in the last couple of years

I've bought the knotting pattern ages ago just not got nobody to knit it

i phoned up Battersea a couple of months ago to see if they would be selling the blue coats with staffies are softer than you think on them,but they said they would'nt be,thought it would be great to see other staffies wearing them,as for the knitted staffie,im sure mine would'nt look like that if i trid knitting it

Perhaps we could organise a competition. Knit the staffie then post the results

One of the reasons we got our dog des from battersea is their amazing approach to the animals care and character, and when we said that we wanted a staffy they were over the moon.
My partner has owned them before but I am new to staffy keeping. He has proved to be a softy and a character and everyone we meet want to give him a stroke which he adores! He is tolerant and loves a cuddle on the sofa and will let me dress him in a bandana ( which my partner thinks is hilarious) just as well he isn't a girl he says otherwise more dressing up lol.
We recently went to the battersea open day and there were loads of staffies, so lovely to see. We don't have many where we live so it was great so see others.

reckon mine would look like a moomin and definitely not a staffy

nice to see a good approach from rspca, just sad there's so many staffys in the kennels. when we got buster from bath cats and dog there were loads of them. wish we had space and money for more.
