Battersea campain Empty Battersea campain

Post by Nathan Sun Jan 01 2012, 11:53

At least one organisation spreading the good word, shame it has to be a dog and cat home. breaks my heart looking through the dogs that need re-homing. oh to win the lottery i'd have em all.

Great shot thanks for sharing. This subject has to be bought to light, shame it has to be a rehome shelter that does it.

I "think" it emphasises yet again the number of staffies that require rehoming in comparison to other breeds perhaps?

But I love to picture and the message, now where can I purchase one of the posters and teddys from to put in my car?

Knitted staffy pattern is available on the Battersea website! Going to print that out and then begin the quest for Violet coloured wool (as long as my mum agrees to knit me one, that is!).

Battersea do an amazing job and I may have worded my previous post incorrectly. It's a shame they have to do a campain like this. I love the poster.

Nice photo and great ad. Such a pity that the bully types get such a bum wrap over there. Its hard to understand these issues when one has little experience of this.

We have just rescued a darling little female Staffie, she is absolutely fabulous, nearly three years old and was found straying on the streets,(she was not chipped) and put into a pound..was then rescued,by a registered rescue home...our vet put us in touch with the people, and we bought her home with us last Wednesday...She is now chipped and insured...and loved.!!
She is so affectionate, and loving,we wouldn't be without her now...
