Abandoned dog?!

So me and Shéara were on our way home from a 2 hour walk this morning and we go via the back of a primary school which has metal railings allllll the way along. And theres a dog sat there...just chilling....tied up with its extendy lead. So I looked around, not one person to be seen. So naturally I tied sheara up (who had no interest because he was so tired) and went over to this old boy terrier x I think. gave him a couple of biscuits, waited a couple of mind and no one came. So I started to untie his lead all prepared to bring him home!

Then a woman appears from the school grounds and just smiles and thanks me for looking after her dog.
Huh?

I explained I could have been anybody and theres a high number of dog thefts around these way atm, so tying your dog up in a secluded area makes your dog a prime target! her response....

"Well its the only walk he gets".

So I told her she was irresponsible and stupid and shes lucky she came back when she did otherwise he was a gonna!

Really though.

Some people dnt care about their dogs i am an animal lover never understood it myself.

I couldn't believe it Crystal...she just couldn't understand where I was coming from. She will soon know about it when one day she comes back and theres an empty lead!
