Tommy is almost 7 months old and is a pretty good pup,but whenever we are out walking and he sees anybody, he gets so excited that hes up on his back legs, pulling to get to them and can be pretty much uncontrollable. He's not aggressive but i can see why people get nervous when they see a jumping dog coming at them.

The sit and watch me command is the best obviously with a tasty treat, they do love people so much patience and consistency required Smile

We still have this problem every now and again. The sit and watch me has helped us with lots of things including this Smile

I still have this problem too and Zeus is almost 3. Most of the time, he's fine, he's trained to ignore people/dogs and just keep moving. But we'll have the odd 'WTF' moment when he randomly jumps up on someone and they kak themselves lol. As said above, patience and consistency is key.

Yeah Iza still does it with people she knows but not with strangers. She is calming down quicker so hopefully she is growing out of it.
