KC bronze question.
Theia has her bronze test in two weeks. She's doing really well and we think she has a good chance. However, tonight our regular trainer was not there and the new trainer told us that treats are not allowed in the test. Considering all the training has been treat based so far I questioned this to be told he would check and phone me. None of the literature they gave us says anything about not using treats.
So to my question, to those of you who have done the bronze course, did you use treats in the test?
Pete

Re: KC bronze question.
I've got a feeling we couldn't use on the actual exercise but could reward after each sectionÂ
Ledger failed on the first attempt it was really windy and the hangar made all sorts of noises he got so stressed bless he did all the active parts but the stay was a complete no go

Re: KC bronze question.
No your not allowed to use treats during the exercise but if you rub your fingers on the treats whilst waiting your turn & keep your hand where you normally do that is allowed. & yes you can reward after each exercise. Good luck

Re: KC bronze question.
Thanks for the replies. That's good news, we stand a chance if we can treat in between exercises.
