Bronze Award!!!

Well tonight we rolled up to class and the assistant comes up to us and says have you got your ID tag on, poop bag and grooming brush for the test?
I was like
I thought it was next week!
Just our luck it had been moved to a week earlier
My OH was handling him as I would have been a bag of nerves and I don't think Otis would have performed with that energy
He was full of beans to begin with, as were all the dogs (I think the heat disgruntled them) but he soon settled and did brilliantly! Did his controlled sit, stay, going through the gate and heel work
He has even let a lot of people stroke him tonight as they haven't gone straight in for the stroke as members may know Otis is cautious of people he doesn't know.
The assessor said he was a little treasure
Anyways I am going to take pictures tomorrow of him with his certificate as I now have a memory card for my camera again
I am one proud mummy tonight!!!!!!

Sorry I haven't been on sooner to congratulate you both. Great work. There is a lot of negative media attention up here at the moment as on two separate occassions staffies have attacked and killed small dogs. Bacchus got his Silver 2 weeks ago and we received his certificate on Tuesday. Perhaps if more people made the effort there would be fewer incidences like this.
