i was thinking about it but it may effect my blood donation   can you do both?

I've done both but I think there may be a time when you can't donate blood. I forget if this is true or how ling it is. There were some stretches of time when I could not give blood because of some of the places I traveled to.

yea i couldn't give blood for about 7 months becasue i had aching bones for some strange reason

Well done Steve, I know it's something I could never do and I admire anyone that does. My Dad used to give blood quite regularly when he was younger.

Andy had to go and have a blood test this morning just for test though, cholesterol and stuff like that.
