I've got about 500g of pork shoulder (no bone) going spare, we're having the other 1kg slow cooked tonight. Its already been frozen so can't freeze it. Can I cook it up for Pru?

Yeah but I wouldn't give her too much in one go as it's quite high in fat also not being used to it she could get a runny bum!

It is ok to refreeze for them! Have you got any skin? That's great for making crackling treats, just cut into strips and bake in the oven until crunchy

If the food has thawed out I would not refreeze as bacteria multiplies when brought back to room temp
