Its parents like these that are to blame for the vast majority to pet dog attacks and people like these scums of the earth that give these dogs such a bad name.

I saw this on Facebook. Now that is an irresponsible dog owner and if the dog does retaliate then the dog will be destroyed. Stupidity beyond belief angry

Disgusting, truly disturbing. Makes me so angry, people like this should not be allowed dogs or children for that matter.
