mouthing training...
Loki has been training not to mouthe because he's terrible with it, he's recently been so good. And I've decided to start playing tug with him, he won't play it Ahaha.....u can put the rope in his mouth and pull and he just let's go....he will kind of play it with my partner, he just won't with me, he tried to grab it off me to take to his bed, but caught my hand and I said ouch really loud and he sat back and looked so shocked....I put the rope away then...he will play other games with me, I'm trying to think of some new ones he's 6 months old on Saturday!!

I'm glad that mouthing training is going well Have you tried wriggling the rope around the floor in front of him? This usually gets Bane in a playful mood!
Does he play fetch with you at all? Good way to teach him to bring things back and to "drop" or "leave" something. Hide and seek with toys and treats is good fun too! Gets them using their nose

Re: mouthing training...
Yeah I did that, he still didn't want to, but when my partner came home they were running around the front room, jumping around and playing tug....he's just about got the 'enough' command, we always make sure we win, and it finishes when we say, he's in his crate flaked right out now. He tends to run after the ball, but won't pick It up...aha

Re: mouthing training...
Well 2 days of constant no's and stopping to play with him, have seen a real improvement with Max.
I know it's only a little thing, but its good to see he is taking things in, and hopefully we can stop him nipping at the kids feet
