Hello my name is Tom.

I am looking for a new home as sadly my owner cannot take care of me any more as they are not well.

I love having visitors as I love people. I am a very friendly boy and love having a fuss - sometimes I may get carried away giving you kisses!

I am ok being left alone but I dont get left alone a lot at the moment so I would only like to be left about 4 hours at a time without someone coming to give me a fuss.I am a good boy in the house and don't chew anything except my own chews.

I love travelling in the car so would be happy to come on travels with you.

Did I tell you I like a fuss and to give you lots of kisses?- oh I think i did but I thought I would remind you - because I would give my new family 100% love and affection.

I am ok with other dogs andI have a female staffy friend at the moment who I sometimes stay with for a couple of weeks so I dont think I would mind sharing with another lady doggy friend but we would have to meet first of course to see if we liked each other.

I have been around young children and am a good boy with them but I can be a bit bouncy and as I wouldn't like to hurt any little ones I think any children should be about 6yrs plus.

I do love a run in the park so would like a family who can take me on nice long walks
I walk well on my lead and off lead - but I would need to get to know you a bit first and know you are my new family before you let me off my lead.

Oh and did I tell you I like to give lots of kisses?...Well I hope to see you soon to share some with you.

Tom is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped .
He is currently in the Birmingham area but can be rehomed anywhere in the UK, pending a successful home visit.
However any adopter should be willing to travel to meet Tom where he is now.

Tom is on our Matchmaker Scheme which means he is still with his present owner.
As Tom is on the Matchmaker Scheme, and not directly in our care, the adoption donation is a donation of your choice. Any money donated will be used to help the Senior Staffys in our care who have no one else to help them.
