I used to take mia to behavioural classes ran by the local dog warden, she never knocked the eyes out of him . I prefer a collar more control i also have a short chain lead with a padded handle. Was cheap i bought them from the local pet shop hes reasonable .

I prefer the security of a harness, Daisy can be quite skittish and if something startles her she pulls away and I worry that a collar would come off!

I use a harness because Lula can pull sometimes but she also wear a collar with a heart shape tag with little diamonds around the edges. I decided just to put her name and my phone number with micro chipped on it

Same here really, mostly on the harness, but I occasionally take Rocky out on my own and give him a break from the harness and just use the collar.

Travis has a collar for his tags and a harness for when we are out
I just like the more secure feeling of the harness, and it's quite light weight and doesn't look aggressive like some of the leather harnesses

I'm using both but not at the same time I've got her the doodlebone soft harness so she will get used to it as she hated it in the beginning I'm surprised its still in one piece but I think she actually pull more with a harness maybe It's time to change to a proper one I plan to get her the staffy leather one when she finish her growing. And I've got few leads as well depends where we are going the best one is the short chain or just a normal red one that goes with the harness and sometimes my outfit so Janey you are not alone!

Nel has a upgraded to a bright green harness collar and lead set with the word FREINDLY in black bold type face all over it got sick of people with little dogs picking them up when they see her and cuts doe the "is she freindly" questions but did forget where I live alot can't spell so that's made it more confusing for them
