Daft things we say Empty Daft things we say

Post by Lizzie Tue Jul 29 2014, 18:00

Do you hear yourself saying daft things to your dog, and realise that they know what your talking about?  Laughing

Harry will nag me to death to take him out or play ball and I realised this morning that I said "oh come on then
get your coat you've pulled" and he was off like a shot to get his harness on  rolling on the floor

Please tell me its not just me  Surprised

Peppa is bi-lingual! No they definitely understand she knows the difference for example between get A ball and get your ball I know she recognises quite a few words by now but she loves it when I speak
Stupid (or sing..) to her

Oh yes, I chatter away to them all day long. We even have our own songs they start wagging and dancing about for  rolling on the floor

I do it with my own dog and the rescue dogs that I walk every day

I am pretty sure that all the people at the beach think I am a basket case when I have Duke (The AmBull we have in rescue) and he is standing there waging his tail like mad watching the kids going out on kayak courses and I threaten to sign him up on one of the courses.

Also Maisie (Staffie cross also in rescue) first thing she does when we get up the field is roll in the grass - Me standing there hands on hips saying "What on earth do you think your doing"
