Stupid School lol

Oh My Life, My daughter's school are going to Hatfield House On Tuesday And They Have To Wear Victorian Outfits, hmmmmmmm what a fun end of school year trip NOT................ Then They Have To Wear It Again On Thursday For The School 150th Birthday, Oh What Fun ! Wish I Was Going .........NOT

So now i have find something for her to wear and don't really want to payout as she leaves this school in 6 weeks

Go to the charity shop and get something from there,

I also got a feeling that in her middle school that in one of the year groups, they go and visit black country Museum In Dudley west midlands. So she'll need a outfit for that too. Trouble is she is really small for her age, so i have got a job on my hands.

Just confirmed with my son, she'll be going in year 6

We had to do victorian last year we did black pinafore dress with a white apron and white mop hat cost me £3.50 from the op shop or if a tom boy like one of mine shorts and a white shirt with a little blacking on face and a flat cap. Hope i've helped a little. x

TBH when we went on these sorts of trips i was a miserable kid and never 'dressed' up as i never saw the point, plus never had the money to keep buying new stupid outfits

Clothes my mum bought me.....most the kids thought I come to school in fancy dress anyway

Pass me downs was a popular thing to do with times being hard, but I wish they told my mum it only worked if both siblings were of the same sex

HA HA BLUE I always got hand me downs my mum always bought me and my sister the same so I wore the outfits twice as long

there is a fabbo RSPCA op shop at Port Kennedy.. hardly ever get to go there but I love it, and the prices are fantastic !
