Adult Weight predictIon
Hope somebody can help. I want 2 spoil Spud and Suki with Julius K9 harnasses. Both are now 10 months old and weigh in at just over 15kg. Their father weigh +- 22kg and the mother +- 14.5. The size 0 harness is for dogs up to 23 kg. Will it be safe to buy a size 0 or will they outgrow these harnesses? Anybody who have the same harness and who can help ? These harnesses quite expensive and I want to prevent buying twice. Any help would be very much appreciated.

We got one of these harnesses for Rocky but unfortunatley he can get out of it. It was the size 0 and he is about 18 kilos.
I would probably wait for a few more months in case they put on a growth spurt.

They typically grow up until they are 3 years old so it may be best to wait to invest in anything too nice just to be safe

I would wait a little longer too.
We have Julius K9 gear and love it. The suppliers in Cape Town are amazing with their support and advice though. The lady's name, I think is Sunet and she is a huge help. You could always send her your dog's sizes in the mean time and see what she says.
We also bought the chest strap that attaches to the harness for comfort and also it seems more secure.
When you do get the harnesses, we'd love to see photos
I'm not sure if you're in Jhb, but we were at the Wodac show on the weekend and made a bee-line for the Julius K9 stand as we had already decided what we wanted next (collars and leads). They remembered us from last year and remember Rox and Vin too, so it was really nice dealing with them
