a friend of my dad sold it for £60,000 the people put 15K in it got the greener nottingham thign done and sold it for £125,000

the area i am estate agents they cant get enough houses and when a house get put up for sell it done quick, it's a not bad area but it's not a good area also but close to the airport, train station and close to the m1 plus they doing the trams and the dual carriageway and also nottingham university here also
