Teeth! :(
Have any of you had your wisdom teeth taken out? Dentist man did an x ray and all 4 of mine are impacted so got to have them removed under GA! What's recovery like? Am I going to have to blend my food for a week?! Lol!

Aw Janey! My sister had 2 of hers out a few months back and she's really scared of teeth too! She said she healed really quickly and it was a lot better than she though! Know that probably doesn't help with a phobia though.. They may be able to give you something to keep you calm! Sure there are lots of people with the same thing! Xx

I had two take out via normal extraction at the same time and was eating normally by evening - wasn't painful x

Re: Teeth! :(
I have only ever had one taken out and my dentist did it, very good dentist who has since left
After one day it was fine, I never felt a thing just a bit of a sore gum once the anaesthetic had worn off. Thankfully my x rays showed that all the roots are straight on the other wisdom teeth I have left so could easily have them taken out by another dentist when needed.

Re: Teeth! :(
It isn't that bad. Had all 4 taken. Just think about the milkshakes/smoothies as consolation prizes. Pretty normal after a few days.
