Cracked skin on nose

Stella has had this for a few weeks now. I have been rubbing a little sudocrem on occasionally as the vet suggested but it's not clearing up.
Just wondered if any of your senior staffs have had this problem and could offer any other advice. It is'nt bothering her at all but just spoils her pretty face

You could try rubbing a little coconut oil on it xx

Thanks Diane. That does look good but I've ordered some 'dog snout balm' from the Dogs Trust. All natural products with very good reviews
