Nap time

Was up early(ish) for circuit training and even went back to Brazillian Jiu Jitsu for an hour after a few months off, just about to take Ledger out for his pre tea walk (ball chase as its cooled down) then its nap time on the sofa while the beer chills before the match

I will be unloading Uni brat from car along with his rather odd smelling clothing   and then sofa dwelling with resting eyes for an hour or so very shortly
