Oh my god they can sulk! UPDATED and very worried.

Picked Moo up after one night away and she can't even bare to be in the same room as me! Go and see her in the bedroom and she shakes and just shy's away! Jesus these bleedin animals can put it on when they want! Xx

Ohhh little minx!! She'll come around when she wants snuggles.. I had similar treatment yesterday from bis after a few long shifts.. went up to the bedroom and stayed there all morning!!!

They do turn their nose up don't they lol

She has gone to bed and just trembles when I go near her - I am the mother from hell apparently! Xx

Normally I get the happy feet dance followed by a few hours of sulks and the she relents.. Moo will be cool soon enough

I am so so worried - she has what appears to be a very large abscess on her side - hard to describe but about the size of half an egg (if not bigger) and just feels like a pool of liquid under her skin, also the area above it feels really swollen and hard - she hasn't eaten much at all and is just shaking, she winces and squeals when you touch it so obviously in pain - she will be going to the vets tomorrow for sure. I wish they where open now.

Not at all - have called the guy who had her and he doesn't recall anything - so not bloody clue. I am so worried.

Big   for you too. Let's hope it's lots of worry for very little. Can you coax her to eat something tasty? Is she drinking? Also, if you were at work today did you dog walker or whoever she was with say anything?

My mum had her today and she was the one who spotted it - I feel terrible now thinking she was just sulking when she is obviously in pain - I don't think she has drunk much today at all.

As Sue says let's hope it's just a bite or sore knock. No 24hr emergency vets around? Oh Janey, we're thinking of you chic x

She isn't interested in anything - have just got off the phone to a 24hr vet, they where worried it might be Alabama Rot but I have looked this up and the legions aren't the same. Just not sure what to do, I feel I am worrying needlessly and the vets tomorrow will be ok - but beginning to wonder if I should call an emergency vet - not easy on a bank holiday.

It depends if you think she can wait until the morning. Its a hard one to call, not seeing her, but if you are that worried about her (you know her best) then try to find an emergency vet xx

If an emergency vet will help put your mind at rest and help Moo to get comfy then phone one x

Just off the phone from my emergency vet (didn't even know I had one), she says she thinks she will be fine till morning - going to monitor her for a couple hours and if she gets any worse I will take her, £188 +VAT then any treatment. I thinks it is just an infection, but you just don't no - wish they could bloody talk.

yea it like an cuilflower ear but on her side bet its not nice for her becasue it wont be nice to lay on that side, she may been bite by something or caught it on something while runnning

Oh no poor moo   

She is responding to me, eaten half her tea, snoring - just when she got bitten and had the abscess/infection it was more solid - this is so soft, I have just never seen it before - she seems comfortable but doesn't like the area touched.
