Raw diet for puppy 12 weeks
I am looking to get Wilbert on to Raw now. However as usual for a newbie it all looks daunting.
I have basically looked at Honeys (super expensive) natures menu (reasonably priced) however all the videos on YouTube I see involve organs, tripe and bones. Natures menu just do mince meat with bone.
Can anyone suggest a raw site which is suitable for puppies.
SO LOST!
I know a lady called Sazzle is using it but I can seem to find the shop she uses.

My go to site when I first started was http://dogsdinner2.webs.com - it's got everything from how much to feed (there is a puppy section), the ratios, what to feed, etc. Everything is there.
Also check out the RAW feeding section here

Re: Raw diet for puppy 12 weeks
Hi mate, I had Zeus on the Nature's Menu frozen mince for a while but the only problem with that is that it's not a balanced and complete meal and I was worried about him not getting the right nutrients etc. Therefore, I moved him onto Natures Menu Country Hunter range, which is still frozen raw but also a complete meal, I'd give that a go, he's doing really well on it (touchwood!)

Well I took the easy way and got some chicken mince with bone from PaH. Not sure to add vegetables or rice.

Re: Raw diet for puppy 12 weeks
When we first got started we used the Raw Feeding section of this forum along with: http://preymodelraw.com/page/articles.html/_/raw-chat/how-to-get-started-feeding-a-prey-model-raw-diet-r19 to help with everything.
We order minces and meats from DAF and then buy offal and fish from supermarkets and get bones and a few bits from the butchers and then make up his (hopefully) balanced meals ourselves.
As for veg and rice, I don't think they are necessary unless you want to add them. Bane has all meat, fish, bone and offal with the odd egg, and a few herbs to supplement
