Its a pup being a pup - no over night fix just patience, persistence, praise and training, just make sure you are all singing from the same song sheet so to speak. They can be testing at times but they learn and they learn quickly

Re: help with a 10 week old pup
Try this to get her listening to you, sit in front of her with some treats (tiny pieces of meat or cheese) feed several to her one after another and then stop, the minute she looks you in the eye say 'yes' and give her a treat, keep doing this, then start saying her name and again as soon as she looks at you say 'yes' and give her a treat.
You can use this technique for training all your commands, 'yes' is your marker world for the right behaviour
Hope that makes sense x

I ask because i am a veggie and i am unsure of what dogs like better meat wise ( incase i am asked no i do not want to put her on a veggie diet ) thanks

If you want to do the treat way, cat biscuits are good as a treat x

Re: help with a 10 week old pup
I'm a veggie too lol (and have ended up feeding raw! )
I found good high value treats for training were ham, hot dog sausages and spam, just really tiny pieces, all are pre cooked. Some people also use chicken but that didn't work as well for us. Cheese is a real favorite! You may find around the house where there are less distractions you can use her dry food, or may be even some fruit like banana.
